The program seems to work until the computer is rebooted..... then my autocomplete list is empty again
This program only tricks outlook into rebuilding its cache by creating and deleting messages in outlook with all the receipients it finds.
It does not save the actual nk2 file to disk, this is done by Outlook itself.
I can think of 2 reasons that prevents Outlook from saving its NK2 file
1. There is some plugin installed in Outlook that prevents Outlook from closing properly
2. Your admin has setup a policy that clears/cleans your profile on reboot.
Daniel Raciti from http://www.pathtech.com.au found that disabling the "ITunes outlook add in" solved this problem in his computer
