Rebuild Outlook Autocomplete Cache

I like to implement the following features in the near future

• Add a way to view and edit the address list before it is imported
  
• Add an import function for CSV files
  
• Add an export function to CSV files
  
• Add an export function to an Outlook Contact Folder
  
• make the application multithreading so you can minimize/maximize/move the window during import/export
